I arrived at Boxgrove feeling defeated with various aches and pains and feeling very low. You arrive with warm welcome from Roxy who is delightful and super efficient with the bookings. I have had treatment with Alice Driver and Ian Linane. Both have made a huge difference to my mobility, working towards becoming pain free, confidence to move, how to gain strength and therefore improve my general physical and mental health. The high level of kind encouraging support and expertise is impressive. I feel incredibly fortunate that I have The Boxgrove on my doorstep.
