I have a knee injury which has recently got worse and I am now waiting for a full knee replacement so the treatment was aimed at improving my mobility and strengthening my knee in preparation for surgery next year. My mobility has gone up from being able to only walk about 200 metres to now doing around 400 metres through the exercises devised by Paul Frawley which is a huge improvement for me, and I have gone back to work albeit in a restricted fashion. I could not have done this without Paul's excellent guidance and full understanding of my situation. Paul was very friendly yet at the same time totally professional in his dealings with me, and as my situation unfolds over the next year when I have my op I will be back for more help, hopefully with Paul again.
