I was referred to Psychiatry UK for assessment by my GP after discussing my symptoms. I cannot thank them enough, the assessment, the whole experience has been so well organised and it has changed my life. The titration service is wonderful and I felt like an individual with a voice and it felt like a team effort. I have felt supported and cared for throughout my whole experience. 10/10 highly recommend.

Wow what a fantastic service from start to finish!
My psychiatrist Richard was so thorough in his assessment, he was very knowledgeable, compassionate and I really felt listened to.
My prescriber Helen was also very knowledgeable, so kind, person centred, and responsive in her messages.
I feel the portal works very well, its easy navigate and to leave a message, and you have a response quickly. I appreciate that I received both text and email to say when I have a new message.
I also found every time I have called the call handlers they have been so warm and are very nice people.
I have to say the level of care psychiatry UK truly is outstanding, and the service is excellent!. The care I have received has been far better than any other health service I have ever used! I would definitely recommend and thank you for all what you have done. You have changed my life.

I was really impressed with my titration nurse Wiolita. She was extremely efficient, attentive, polite and very knowledgeable. I felt totally confident with her decision making.

My titration was handled by Lorraine and she was excellent. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly and professionally. It took a really long time to get to the point of titration, so I'm pleased that it went well. I was really impressed with the speed of feedback, medication shipping times and guidance.

Sally Newport was absolutely amazing, listened to everything with care and provided me with great advice! the titration process was super smooth and enjoyable with Sally. thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me find a medication that works for me!

Our initial consultation with Dr. Shah over Zoom was a bit of a strange experience as his questions and reactions to our answers were a bit unusual. However, once we got through this bit, we were allocated a prescriber who was very helpful at trying to figure out the best prescription for my daughter - a tricky ask as its so hard to separate ADHD symptoms to those of being a teenager.
He always answered by queries quickly so that we could move forward with the treatment. This was all done via the portal which was very easy to use.

It’s negligent and unsafe to ask people to triple their med dosage with stimulants in a short time frame. Furthermore, the lack of information when prescribed the medication is shocking. The forms and UX design of the website is the least neurodivergent friendly portal snd experience I’ve ever seen in my life, and the threats to cut off treatment after missing one email is also wildly inappropriate - especially considering the 7 month wait list to have began tritiation. Please do better for ADHD and neurodivergent patients, this is messy

I can't say enough good things about Psychiatry-UK.
I had a fantastic experience at the clinic during my titration experience.
I received top-notch care from Sally Newport;
She was knowledgeable, remarkably patient and took the time to address all my concerns. The treatment I received was effective, and I am feeling much better. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received there.
I would highly recommend this clinic to others.
