I have had 2 wheelchairs both of which were "sold" by established mobility companies and both were less than perfect for my 6ft 2ins and did little for my MS. Via a Carers Group and with a referral by my District Nurse I was seen by an Engineer at this site. She identified my needs and specified what I should have. I have now returned, collected the chair which she adjusted it to fit and demonstrated it's assembly etc.
It is a joy to have been helped by this efficient and caring organisation which I recommend to all with a genuine need.
They are lovely people and I'm sure the chair will be a success (if there is a problem I am certain they will sort it for me!)
