Two lovely ladies came to assess a resident of ours and were 100 percent helpful..
When telling them our concerns and what we would like for that day they sorted the problem out the same day.. Our resident needed equipment for that day ideally and as it was in stock they went above and beyond to ensure we had the equipment. Our staff, resident and his family can not thank them enough for what they did....
