I have been involved with the wheelchair service for many years, my son has cerebral palsy. I have to say that this last assessment has been the best yet. The physiotherapist and wheelchair mechanic were excellent. My son has limited understanding but he was included in all aspects of the fitting and decision making. His needs were thoroughly accounted. We were given a full revue of the chair and full instructions to it's use and how to receive back up should we have any problems. The chair is now in use and has the seal of approval from his care givers. Tank you, an overall pleasing experience.
