Nothing could have been improved. Therapist Helen Braden and Engineer Jonathan Richards were both very friendly, helpful and professional. My chair meet all my needs and I am very grateful to have received it.

The staff were excellent. The level of communication was great, everything was explained. I personally wouldn't improve anything.

Very understandable, clear and helped make decisions in my case. Once assessed the wheelchair came quick. I think when equipment is released Whizz-Kidz should come onto the premises where it will be used. For eg in my daughters case, the wheelchair was a priority in school, so it would be great if the wheelchair was bought onto the school premises.
