Just the very very best of service from Grant (who delivered and fitted the chair), who is always so kind and helpful and a real font of knowledge, Marja the Therapist who advised and answered all our question and really makes the whole service feel so personal to Anna who made all the logistical arrangements - can't praise everyone enough. Even when a slight hiccup was discovered, everything was handled so kindly and professionally - Thank you x
