The level of care was fantastic. The Occupational Therapist and the engineer went over every aspect of my new chair, making sure it suited my lifestyle. A very thorough assessment was carried out and I feel that I have got a chair that fully meets my needs. The only improvement would be to try to shorten the length of time between application and assessment.
