The service is not great could be better. One bad experience is enough to put you off it. One time, the wheelchair technician spent most of the time servicing the wrong wheelchair. They don't really listen to what you have got to say about your wheelchair, and what may need adjusting on it. We went to the service once, and we asked for a different strap. Instead, they just did a really rubbish job of trying to make it better. 1 day later, it was back to how it was before.
