I recieved my powerchair late last year 2014, but since then I have suffered a pressure sore. I spoke to the people concerned and a new O/T & Engineer (Rachael & David) came on a home visit. They were convinced that my chair was not the right one for me. I attended an assessment on Friday June 5th 2015 , something I was never offered last year/ I trialed two different chairs and several different cushions and I am now awaiting a home trail, to see which on is compatable with both my accommodation & my car for transportation.
