This is an excellent service. Fortunately I have no problem with communicating and I was consulted upon every step of the operation. This is refreshing as this is not the case most of the time. But here, the point was made to consult me all the way. The equipment here (hoist, slings, etc.) is more than adequate if you need to get out of the wheelchair whilst it is being looked at. It is very spacious, quite and the staff are very pleasant and helpful, as well as being very experienced and competent. An essential part of life for people with mobility problems is covered extremely thoroughly and progression here. As always, I must thank this service wholeheartedly.
