I felt totally involved in this process and a number of choices were assessed by all parties as to what was best for my needs. Kate took a,lot of time assessing my needs as well as what would help me to keep the best posture. Andy was very helpful when it came to certain options and explained the pros and cons of these options. What I was expecting to be a very routine process turned into a thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience. Thank you both of you & looking forward to my new wheels.
