The service is excellent the chair seat was made to measure and is very comfortable ,without this chair I would be housebound it is the best thing I could possibly have, I go out every day and do at lest 10 miles . I have now had it a year and it was checked over by very competent service engineer a new charger supplied and he said I needed a new battery and drive tyres and would be done A.S.A.P. I cannot fault the service it is excellent Thank you Dave Wilson Bh17
