Our experience with wheelchair services has been really positive and given current negative media about wheelchair services in general, we want to say that the Skelmersdale service has always supported our daughter and provided a very good service. She had her first chair at 2 and a half years old and it made a significant impact on her development, well-being. Had she had to be pushed around in a buggy instead, or use a wheelchair that didn't suit her needs, she would not be the independent, inquisitive and confident child she now is.
