Care of compassion from staff was outstanding, apart from a consultation with the consultant where we were informed the treatment hadn't been as effective as hoped, the message we felt wasn't delivered very well his manner was lacking in empathy and we felt there was a lack of a good 'bedside manner'.

Thank you for writing your commment. I am sorry that you have felt that the delivery as to the effectiveness of the treatment outcome was lacking empathy. Would it be possible for you to contact the Centre for Neuromodulation so that you can inform me who your consultant was please. Please ask for the Service Manager and i willl be more than happy to look into this for you. Once again please accept my apologies that you felt this way.
