The treatment was fine in that everyone was helpful, kind and attentive. However, the treatment seems to have been ineffective, which is very disappointing and has left me quite low.
It came as a shock to me that I was not recommended to prolong the treatment (to 30 sessions) as I had not realised that 20 sessions would normally be enough to cure anxiety, and that it would normally work quickly.
