All the staff were incredibly lovely, kind and caring. Communication could be improved - I was often completely unaware of the times and days of upcoming treatments. I would find out only when actually at an appointment. So, if I had to miss an appointment I then had no idea of when the next one would be. I often also turn up to an appointment to find that my prescription or the protocol has changed, and I would appreciate proper info about why that's been done.
