The staff are so caring, always willing to listen, are also very perceptive about my mood each day. Arlene and Jo are fantastic and I am so lucky that I seem to be treated by them most days. They approach my treatment with positivity and are always adaptable when I am feeling low and upset. Arlene acts on situations immediately contacting the fight people in order to help me through difficult days with her expertise and knowledge. Massive thanks to both of them.
