Lorna made my husband and I feel at complete ease from the moment she introduced herself. She explained what the appointment and scan would entail and what she would be looking for. Throughout the appointment she offered reassurance. The appointment felt very relaxed and in no way rushed at all. Lorna answered all of mine and my husband's questions. I left feeling very valued as a patient and had an excellent experience all round. I would highly recommend Lorna to others.
