Lorna greeted me warmly and introduced herself immediately. She re-capped on why I had been referred to her and explained the procedure. She was courteous, respectful and very considerate and was reassuring throughout. Following the ultrasound she told me clearly what would happen next and invited any questions. She also apologised for the delay in getting my appointment and she was aware that there had been a problem scheduling appointments with little notice to the patients.
Fantastic service in excellent facilities.
