My name is Gareth Williams,I attended the Lithotripsy Clinic at Heatherwood Hospital on five occasions between June and September 2020.Every time I visited the nursing staff were always polite ,welcoming and thorough in their work. The radiographer,Iain, was very proffessional and most comforting, explaining each time what he was going to do,by reassuring me what the next step was,having seen the Xrays. During the treatment he always asked whether or not the machine was too painful for me to bear and involved me in discussions throughout the procedure. It resulted in the disintegration of two stones- one 9mm the other 8mm. I have no hesitation in recommending Iain as a first class professional in his work. Many thanks for all your expertese.
