She has the ability to not only give you considered, invaluable help, but to make you feel that you are the only patient she is dealing with that day. Quite a gift. Also very warm, approachable and very friendly. A unique ability to make you feel positive in a negative situation.
I have no criticisms, her service was exemplary.
