Claire was very present and caring from the outset. She is extremely professional, very informative and patient. During my treatment it seemed there was never a time I couldn't pull her aside for a question or concern. She spent all the time I needed explaining what was happening and what will happen in great detail and clarity. It's a difficult environment due to the nature of the illnesses that Claire has to deal with and each patient having different needs and questions, but she always struck the perfect tone and told me exactly what I needed to know to get through the treatment. I feel I did better during my treatment thanks to her. The role she plays in that environment I feel is crucial to the patients through what is a very difficult process. Her level of knowledge and expertise is clearly extremely high. I couldn't recommend her more and I'm very thankful she is part of the process.
