I liked that although my son had to wait to be seen that they kept in touch via letter to let us know he was still on the list. My son liked that he was able to communicate easily and honestly even though it was a little harder being on zoom. I liked that me, as Mum, was included and prompted for my views. David Walton very much came across as being very understanding and kind in his responses, my son most importantly felt he had listened to him and heard him., Felt validated by having a diagnosis and although still some hoops to jump through, he's not only in a path but the right path. It would be great to have Mr Walton as his psychologist going forward as he seemed to give my son confidence to be who he is.
