Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly expert at what she does, Teresa diagnosed my frozen shoulder right away and made valiant efforts to try to assist with it using a number of different surrounding soft tissue manipulations and recommended exercises. "Is it too much?", is one of her favourite questions as she goes about her business. This is always well timed and, because it usually is (too much), makes you laugh, thus creating a distraction from the agony. Unfortunately, in spite of her best efforts, my shoulder didn't respond to physiotherapy over a four week period. However, she kindly wrote a useful summary letter of referral to my GP and offered to steer me down the private route if I so chose. I would go back to her if I had a difficulty likely to respond to physiotherapy of the kind in which she specialises. In the meantime my search for shoulder relief continues...
