Teresa is a very capable physiotherapist, and quickly identified my needs after knee problems, and guided me through a number of exercises for me to take away and work on, gradually introducing tougher requirements as I improved. I had total confidence in her, and was increasingly impressed. In addition she has a delightfully pleasing personality, and always good company. I will certainly seek her help whenever I need it again in the future.
