Sam was fantastic throughout both my physio sessions and latterly the run evolution classes I undertook.
Sam has a detailed knowledge of running biomechanics and where imbalances in muscle groups arise which cause injury. He worked with me to improve both of these and always acted in a very professional and fun manner to make sessions enjoyable as well as hugely beneficial. He listened to my requirements and tailored sessions as required to treat issues I had so these could be resolved.
Could not recommend more highly!
