Richard was recommended to me by a friend who had seen him and as she's not easily pleased I thought he must be pretty good. I went along when I had a problem with my ankle and it's better now. He was thorough, extremely knowledgable, explained things carefully so that I understood them, worked alongside me and showed me how to improve and most of all he was highly professional but also so approachable and friendly. I never once felt a question I had was too daft to ask and he made the sessions light and in so far as they could be fun. Highly recommended.
