I injured myself playing football and a friend recommended Richard who has spent some of his working life working with professional players.
As soon as I met him I knew I had made an excellent choice, he asked a lot of questions, listened carefully to the answers and examined me thoroughly. Fortunately my injury although very painful was relatively minor and in four sessions with some strengthening exercises to do between sessions I was sorted out and fit to play again.
Richard is a real expert in his field and I won't hesitate to go back to him when I need to.
