I was referred to Funmi by a local Specialist Physio to find out if there was any pessary that would work for me. Due to nightmare transport difficulties I arrived late, Funmi was kind enough to fit me in and listened to my concerns. After examination I discovered that I had a grade 3/4 prolapse. I was given exercises and shown how to do them. She also diagnosed me to have Vagina Atrophy. A letter from Funmi was brilliant in obtaining the special cream I needed which is already making a difference. In addition, as a result of her letter, I have now been referred to a specialist team as I understand surgery will be needed. I am doing the exercises and doing everything I can to ensure I help myself get fitter so that there is a greater chance of the surgery being a success. I am so pleased I visited the Clinic - lovely setting where you are made to feel welcome. A special thank you too to Roxy on Reception who was so helpful when I contacted the Clinic when I realised I was running late.
