Since the lockdown I have been continuing my return to sport following a hip replacement and shoulder surgery through online classes with Emma. She pushes us all to our limits whilst ensuring that we undertake each of the exercises correctly and within our capabilities defined by our injuries. She always has a smile and is enthusiastic making the sessions fun. I would highly recommend her both as a 1:1 physio as well as a clinical pilates instructor.
