Following an initial online consultation - surprisingly easy and straightforward - I had 3 consultations with Emma at The Boxgrove. Her assessment of my shoulder/arm/thumb injury was both thorough and reassuring and she encouraged me to follow her DIY exercises. My progress to recovery was gradual but would not have been successful without Emma’s help and cheerful support. The Boxgrove environment is so conducive to good health and is to be congratulated.
