A big thank you to Emma for her expertise and enthusiasm in getting my ankle moving again following a break. Now with lockdown she has arranged weekly 1:1 Zoom sessions where she can demonstrate and see that I can do the exercises appropriately. She has thorough knowledge of what is required at each stage and her encouragement ensures success. I always look forward to the next session and am so grateful for the progress made thus far.
