Back in April I decided to do the Amsterdam Marathon to raise money for a friends son, who tragically died in February. I have not done a marathon before and about 6 weeks into my training my achilles started to twinge and be quite painful. So I was recommended the Boxgrove Clinic and got an appointment with Emma, who has worked with me since to ensure I can make it to the start line in October! She was extremely positive and helpful and gave me the confidence to believe I could get there! With 4 weeks to go I'm continuing with her exercises and hopefully will complete the marathon.
