Since the lockdown, Emma has shown great initiative in organising a weekly on line class, using Zoom, to benefit a select group of her patients. She is meticulous in demonstrating the exercises, which are relevant to her patients, as she is aware of what injuries each of us has had and is recovering from. She is always bright and positive and makes us all work hard. As a Clinical Pilates instructor she has the authority to make you pay attention and sometimes even has her children partaking to keep them and us on our toes.
Highly recommended and good fun
