I came to see Emma after having an ankle operation (plates & screws the whole works). I could not move my ankle at all, now 6 months after I can run without issues and I'm confident I will get back to my previous level of fitness.
She's been very thorough at checking my progression and ensuring that I had the right workouts for every stage of the evolution.
I find that she strikes the right balance between pushing you to improve and being prudent to ensure you don't get carried away.
Would come back to see here without hesitation for my next rehabilitation needs (hopefully though not any time soon!)
