Emma has treated me for an ankle injury. She immediately understood my problem and worked out a series of exercises and monitored my progress. She is strict and expects you to adhere to the exercises you are given between appointments.As my progress was limited, Emma was proactive and wrote to my Doctor recommending an x-ray and an ultrasound scan.
The results show that I should continue with treatment--strength, stability and proprioceptive activity, so I am now attending Emma's Pilates based recovery classes, from which I am making progress.
I have a high regard for Emma's physiotherapy ability and also being a Clinical Pilates Instructor is an added bonus
