I have been under Paul's care for the last 7 years. Initially presenting with hamstring and calf issues, Paul diagnosed the underlying problem as being a lack of range in my hip joints. Whilst administering an effective , ongoing muscle management strategy to keep me playing football, running and cycling, Paul encouraged me to have the issue x-rayed for further diagnosis. Having followed this advice, I was diagnosed with early-onset osteoarthritis in both hips. Paul treated me on a monthly basis to manage the condition for 5 years until November 2017 when I underwent surgery on my problem right hip. My recovery from the operation has been excellent largely due to Paul's expert care and advice. The combination of joint, muscle and soft tissue manipulation and strengthening has been highly effective and Paul's expertise shines through in his ability to relieve problems as well as prevent them from occurring. I am extremely grateful to be under Paul's care and could not be happier to recommend him and his growing team of physiotherapy experts.
