I initially saw Paul back in 2013 to help overcome a longstanding calf problem to which he provided expert treatment to not only return me back to running, but also to address beyond the immediate symptoms, management of the underlying causes to allow me progress my training to a more advanced level whilst remaining injury-free. I have since seen Paul to address various sporting knocks and strains and fully trust his professional judgement in helping me back to health so I can achieve my goals. Paul is a good communicator who understands the needs of athletes of all levels to ensure a progressive recovery whilst explaining the various stages of treatment. I would recommend Paul to any persons, athletic or otherwise, for physio matters.
