I can't recommend Alex highly enough.
After an initial consultation and 6 x 30 minute sessions, he has completely reversed a long standing problem with my lower back, to the point where it isn't noticeable any more!
As the treatment was so effective, I also asked him to look at long term shoulder and knee niggles, both of which he has also corrected.
I now have very simple stretching & strength building exercises which take no more than 20 minutes every other day, which will keep all the problems from returning.
Calm, highly professional & extremely effective, Alex really is excellent.
