Alex has been fantastic at caring for my elderly mother during her recent illness. She has kept my mother and our family fully involved and updated at all times and made a stressful time much easier for all of us. She has liaised well with our GP, and also obtained and delivered prescriptions and a nebuliser to try and ensure my mother is well enough to attend her husbands (my fathers) funeral, despite us knowing this was past the time she was due to finish her shift. Thank you Alex for everything you have done.
