Matt spent a great deal of time listening to the issues I was experiencing at the time. Throughout the consultations Matt took the time to check my understanding of the exercises which he recommended and why they were needed.
I was really impressed by my progress and could see almost immediately the benefits of the exercise programme which Matt had created.
