I saw Matt yesterday with a small problem that has been bothering me for three months plus and hopefully with the exercises he has recommended I will be able to get on top of the issue. Although, he kindly outlined a couple of processes that could follow on from this, should that not be the case.
He also said if it did not clear up, I was to go back to him, and he would set the next steps in place.
Very reassuring.
