Matt listened patiently and asked helpful questions. He carried out a very thorough assessment. Then he showed me some exercises to alleviate the pain and sent these in various formats for my reference. He said if I had any further queries, I should get back to him.
I found the experience positive and reassuring and it made me look at my complaint in a more holistic way.
