Very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. Gave me some great tips and showed me quite a lot of things I can do to help myself. Gave me printouts of the exercises & went through them again to ensure I was comfortable with them.
There are no suggestions I can make as I do not feel I could have been given any greater care.
