I've seen Liam again recently following a bad experience of back pain. I was confident from previous experience that he would be able to deal with it and get me sorted out. I wasn't wrong, five sessions of treatment and some exercises to do between times and I can move properly again.
Growing older sometimes isn't so good and the aches and pains seem to come on more quickly and get worse but when you can get them sorted out quickly it doesn't seem to matter so much. Thanks Liam.
