Liam has been treating me for a bad case of sciatica. I didn't know what it was at first, my foot was numb and there was pain shooting down my leg from my lower back. I didn't know what to do, I couldn't get an appointment with my GP and I found Physio & More on Google and thought it had to be worth a try.
Liam put me at my ease quickly, he asked how it all started, told me what he thought and started work on me. It took a few sessions but at the end of the first one I could feel my foot again even if I was walking oddly so that was very reassuring progress.
I'm fine again now and ready to start running again. Great service and treatment.
