Ben has treated a few members of my family over the years so when I woke up unable ot move my neck he was my first port of call. I was lucky to get an appointment a few hours later.
He put me at my ease quickly and having listened to what happened which didn't take long as I woke up with it - fine the night before, he got to work loosening some spasming muscles. That wasn't pleasant and I felt a bit bruised and battered afterwards but I could move again.
It was all tender for a day or so but is now back to normal.
My family have always had great service too, usually for things far more complicated than my neck was but Ben has sorted all out quickly and effectively and he's also such a nice man to deal with and so are the rest of the people who work at Physio & More, all so kind and caring.
