My son and daughter have been treated here, both are young sports enthusiasts, both rowers but of course rowing is a cruel sport for a growing body. The treatment and indeed everything about going here has been excellent. The explanations are thorough and the treatment comprehensive with good follow up and programmes. In each case the physio talked through in detail what had gone wrong with the coach and how to prevent it happening again which was great and something no other physio has done in the past.
Help from the receptionists and admin team was excellent too particularly when there were issues with insurance billing, they could not have done more to be helpful. All told it was a great experience and when the kids are injured again which as rowers they inevitably will be then this is where we will go without hesitation.
